Faculty across disciplines are invited to attend an informal presentation and discussion led by Dr. Andrew Rippeon focused on teaching with the artists’ books in the Van Every/Smith Galleries’ collection. Attendees will visit the VAC collection area where the items are housed and will review and discuss select items. Following this brief review, attendees will discuss a small set of assignments, and consider how they might serve as templates to be adapted or modified for their own teaching purposes.

Snacks will be grab and go at the end as no food is permitted in the collection storage area.
